For the products in our online shop, we only use fabrics that were made in Germany. This guarantees top German quality, invisible seams and first-class workmanship.

The bags are all handmade. 100% Made in Germany. We also do not use animal skin, which means leather material is a no-go for Velyna Bags.

Please only wash your bag at 30 degrees, do not tumble dry and do not iron. The bag can change its shape, so do not load your Velyna Bag too full.

All bags in the first collection are made of cotton and polyester.

We deliver within Germany for 4.99 € shipping costs, and within Europe for 13.99 € shipping costs.

The arrival of your Velyna Bag can take 7 to 10 working days from the day of your order. We will hurry to crochet your Velyna Bag.

Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt of the goods, provided the products are in their original packaging, undamaged and unworn. The costs for the return are borne by the customer.
