Each of our Dream Shaper Bags is made individually for you after you place your order. This means we can guarantee the highest quality and tailor-made designs. Please note that delivery times may therefore take a little longer.
This is how it works:
- Choose your preferred color
- Choose the handle type. (If you select the handle type "Braided" during checkout, please indicate whether you want one or two handles.)
- Choose your preferred pocket opening
- Specify your desired size: Measure an existing bag and note the length, height and bag handle length during checkout.
Throughout the entire production process, you will be regularly informed about the progress via email. This way, you can be sure that your custom-made bag will meet your expectations exactly.

- Wash at 30 degrees, then let it dry on the clothes rack.
- Do not tumble dry. Do not iron.
- The material can change its shape.
- To prevent this, do not overfill your Velyna Bag.
Delivery time
Delivery time
It can take 7 to 10 working days from the date of your order for us to ship your Velyna Bag. We will endeavour to produce your Velyna Bag as quickly as possible.
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided when ordering. Within Germany, you can expect delivery time of 2 to 3 working days.
